東大落ちがいるから早稲田、慶應はスゴイ 三流帝大は?

三流外資系サラリーマン大家障害者です。

 

早慶の看板である上位学部はスゴイぞ

だって東大、京大、一橋落ちが入学するんだから』

理論についてはワタクシも何十年もその通りだと思っておりました。

その為、早慶の上位学部は中高一貫のエリートクラスじゃないと入れないと。

 

しかしながらはたしてそっちがボリュームゾーンなのか?東大落ちや東工大落ちが大多数で主流と捉えて良いのだろうか?

内部、推薦、私文専願、国立落ちの比率はどうなのだろうか?

 

その理屈でよくよく考えると杜の都の三流帝大の学内最底辺付近の学部である我が経済学部にも後期試験があります。

 

初めて確認してみましたが一般入試220人のうち45人が後期枠

おそらく大多数が東大、一橋、東工大落ちで構成比率にして20%

後期入試組なんかほんの少しやろと思っていたら、45人で20%もめちゃくちゃ賢い人がおった。

 

しかも一般入試のうち20人(10%)が数Ⅲ理科2科目までやっているガチの理系枠

 

前期に比べ後期は共テ得点率が85%に跳ね上がり偏差値は67.5になります。

単純比較は出来ないが医学部医学科と理学部と経済学部で3トップを結成笑

 

時々後期には間違って灘とかからの入学もあります。

たしかに見かけ上はバリクソむづかしい

 

早慶は東大落ちがおるからスゴイ理論が通用するなら、三流帝大の東北大も東大落ちがおるからスゴイの理論を適用してもらいたいものです。一般入試組の構成比率20%は結構な率でおるぞ笑

 

いつも早慶上位と比べられるのは雑魚で前座で最底辺の前期文系受験組

東大落ち同士で比べてくれよ笑

 

尚ワタクシの後輩(中高一貫東京住み)が一橋落ちの早稲田政経で、後期に仙台の三流帝大の経済学部を受けろと親や学校に言われたそうですが

『あんな都落ちの大学受けませんよ、杜の都落ち仙台プププ、俺寒いの嫌なんですよ』

とおっしゃっておりました笑

たしかに東京在住者からすると都落ちでカネもかかるので行く意味ないかも

 

その為に東大落ちの早慶はムネを張ってエラそうに言うのに、東大落ち東北大はムネを張ってエラそうに言わんのやろうか?

偏差値はめちゃくちゃ高いのに笑

 

ちょっと大学のカラーが東北帝国理科大学なのでイメージが弱すぎるのではないか?文系の東北大の経済学部笑

 

しかしあらためて率で見てみると賢い人比率は結構スゴイ、OBでさえこの構成比率だとは思わなかった。

卓越三流学部とか言ってたらマジで怒られるわ、三流ニートはわしだけや笑

 

 


 

ドコモ携帯 電池交換不能 詐欺ちゃうんか

携帯の電池の減りが早すぎるので交換してもらおうと思ってドコモ販売店

 

電池交換が不可能で東京に送って2週間かかると言われて、機種変更を勧められた。

どこのお店に行っても修理対応は2〜3週間かかるとのこと

 

マジでナメくさっとる

絶対にウソやろバレバレのウソやろ

だってドコモのホームページに電池交換出来ますって書いてるやないか

 

しかし5月の末に入院、手術と目白押しなので変えておくしかない。

 

 

10万近い出費だが入院中に携帯が役に立たなくなるとマジでマズイ

しかも銀行、証券口座も全て携帯が起点で商売道具でもある

 

しかし電池交換せずに機種変更ばっかりしてたら資源のムダ使いやろ

 

どの口でSDGSとかサステナブルとか抜かしてんねん

それがオマエのやり方かドコモ

 

 

さてさて『マジで胡散臭いな〜』と思い家に帰り色々調べると、ドコモ一番町店で修理をやってそうだが、この店も昔使ったが対応もエグいエグいなのでマジで関わりたくない。

 

ドコモの宮城県民は平気で嘘つくやつばっかりなので信用が出来ない

というかもう日本人はこんなんばっかりやで

 

詐欺師の人とは関わりたくないので金で新品を買っておけばよい。

サリ麺+仙台味噌+キムチ+鶏ガラスープ

6月に手術まで無職無給なので自炊で節約

一応1日の予算は700円位

(よく考えたら4ヶ月無職無給)

 

野菜好きなので野菜入り味噌汁を食べていましたが、少々飽きて来ました。

 

その為、業務スーパーで買った鶏ガラ出汁の素を使いスープを作りました。

 

うーむ何かもの足りない

 

キムチを控え目に少々投入するも少しあっさり淡白な感じ

 

 

夜ご飯にサリ麺投入と共に最近使ってなかった仙台味噌を実験で投入

 

これが大当たりでめちゃくちゃ美味い

もう味噌ラーメンの味付けでござる。

控えめに投入しておいたキムチ等も良かった。

タマネギ、長ネギ、舞茸、雪菜、油揚げを大量に投入しているので健康にも良さそう。

 

 

どう考えても自炊は満足度が高い笑

味付けのレパートリーがどんどん増えて行く、けんた食堂見て常に研究すべき

 

食べ過ぎには注意しよう

近所にお肉屋さん(肉のいとう)があるので、鶏ムネ肉を購入してフライパンでテキトーに焼く

 

塩コショウしただけなのにめちゃくちゃ美味い

焼き鳥屋に行く意味がないぞこりゃ

炭火で焼くともっと美味いはず

 

 

和歌山でスーパー松源の出来合いの惣菜ばっかり買ってくる食生活よりもよっぽど恵まれてる

 

さらにキムチも買ってキムチ鍋を作る

 

 

この仙台朝市で売ってる宝食品のキムチもめちゃくちゃ美味い

 

ご飯を作るのも研究と探求心と意欲と好奇心でめちゃくちゃ改善していく

 

人間変化を追い求めんと何も進化しないし幸福にならない。

 

仙台は食材に恵まれとるし、自分で料理を作った方が美味い

 

今度は牛タン買ってみるかな?

 

 


 

宅建3か月 MARCH3か月 大うそで迷惑

との情報があふれかえっております。

しかしあきらかに間違いであります。

 

宅建は難しいし、そもそもが億ションを売ったり

長期借地権を契約したりするのだから難しくて当然

 

ちまたで言われているクソぼろ資格の宅建

勉強しなくても受かる資格というのは大間違い

 

ネットでは自慢したいのか簡単に宅建に受かったとの

情報が多いですが、すべて大うそ

情報の取捨選択をせにゃあいかん

 

宅建受験業界も簡単にとれるを表に出しすぎている

ので、宅建がなめられているようにも思います。

 

英検準一級で少し会話ができる事より、

宅建の方が難しいのに

世間的になめられているのもおかしい(笑)

 

 

あまり世間の声には惑わされず自分の不動産賃貸業や

農業事業の農地拡大や農地転用の役に立つために

宅建知識を利用していこう

これを固めれば名大レベルまではいけそう
